After fully understanding your needs, we can not only reproduce the same product, but also provide proposals for new styles. In particular, the overall proposal of fabrics, crafts, other accessories, etc. is our strength.

After fix the style design and details, the 1st sample (first sample) will be produced by professional and experienced pattern-making masters. After confirming that there is no problem with the design style, sewing, washing color, craftsmanship, accessories, it will be sent to the customer for actual try-on and confirmation. If the result of the customer's trial is good and there is no need to revise it, then we can go to next step for Mass production.
Through the production of the 1st sample, the actual try-on and confirmation of the customer, we can avoid and predict possible problems during mass production, and inform and discuss them in advance. This is one of the most important processes in the production of products in our opinion.

After the customer receives the 1st sample, tries it on and other relevant confirmations, confirm the customer's feedback and the areas they want to revise.
If you need to change the design style, you need to give feedback at this step.

If the 1st sample still needs to be modified after the customer's evaluation, the "second sample" will be carried out according to the areas that need to be improved and corrected.
The size formulation and color washing will also be adjusted and improve at this step.

Based on the completed 2nd sample, adjustments are made before mass production.
At this stage, it is necessary to complete the determination of accessories such as hang tags and leather labels, so as to fully present the customer's "Brand".

Finally entered the step of mass production. The next step is to provide high quality, careful production. Because Denim's processes from sewing to washing are purely manual, so we need to be patient.

After confirming that the tag, leather labels and other accessories have been sewn to the designated positions, the goods will be shipped after finishing, ironing, packaging and pre-shipment inspection.
